Coconana cream … simply delicious !

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 bananas

50 grams of sesame seeds

1 teaspoon of Madagascar Vanilla

120 gr coconut sugar

1 can of coconut cream

1 pinch of salt

2 drops of jasmine extract (in you have it)

PREPARATION:

1 – toast the sesame seeds in a non sticking pan

2 – add 80gr of sugar and let caramelize…keep mixing

3 – put this mix on parchment paper

4 – mix the coconut cream with the remain sugar and the bananas

5 – add the vanilla and a couple of drops of jasmine extract (if you have it)

7 – heat it up and keep stirring till it becomes creamier

8 – turn it off , let it cool down , put it in the fridge

9 – serve it topped with the sesame seeds : )
