Breaded Lemon Chicken ( Valeria’s style)

       

Take the organic chicken fillet and cut it by the long side in smaller pieces (thinner)

Egg wash the chicken and bread it both sides ( you can put a pinch of salt and pepper in the egg )

Preheat the pan with some butter and cook the chicken on both sides (medium heat).

Let the cooked chicken “rest” for five minutes on the cutting board and squeeze a whole lemon on it.

Chop the chicken in pieces and put it an a container with a few slices of lemon.

You can keep it refrigerated for a couple of days.
